- 4 lean-cut, bone removed slices of pork chops
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup honey mustard
- Mixed together the spices and rub the spice blend into the pork chops. Pour the cup of honey mustard into the bag along with the garlic and the pork chops. Shake vigorously until the pork chops are covered. Allow them to marinate overnight or for at least for 2 hours.Heat the grill to roughly 350 degrees F. Brush excess sauce off of the pork chops and place on the grill. Grill for 8 minutes, then turn over and sear the other side. Cook until meat reaches 160 degrees F.
