Grilled Strawberry Cheesecake Burritos

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 small whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • chocolate sauce, for serving (optional)
Directions
  1. Preheat the George Foreman Evolve grill to setting number 4. Stir together mascarpone, milk, sugar, and vanilla until well combined. Dollop the filling along the bottom third of each tortilla; sprinkle with strawberries. Fold in the sides and tightly roll up to enclose filling. Brush evenly with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  2. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until tortillas are golden and filling is warmed through. Cut in half and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving (if using).
