- 1 pound jumbo shrimp with shell
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Combine ingredients minus shrimp into medium bowl.
- Peel and devein shrimp.
- Place shrimp into bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Place shrimp on hot grill.
- Allow to cool and serve with cocktail sauce or pesto.
