Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large salmon fillet (about 2 pounds), cut into 8 pieces
Directions
  1. Combine the ingredients, place in baggie with salmon, and marinate 2–4 hours.
  2. Place on stick and garnish with parsley and pineapple chunks.
  3. Grill until cooked to desired doneness.
