- store-bought, all butter pound cake
- 1/4 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon basil leaves
Directions
- Combine the cream cheese, strawberries, honey, and basil in a small food processor. Process until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Light a grill to medium heat, about 350 degrees. Spray the grill grates generously with cooking spray. Grill pound cake for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly toasted and charred. Serve with fresh strawberries and cream cheese.
