- 2 broccoli florets, washed, trimmed, and cut into halves or quarters (keep them big)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- maldon salt of fleur de sel, for garnish
- In a bowl, toss broccoli with oil, salt and pepper.
- Heat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Place broccoli on grill and cook until charred and tender.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, Maldon, and an extra drizzle of olive oil.
