Green Tea Sour Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 8 ounce chivas whiskey
  • 1 1/2 ounce green tea chivas
  • 3/4 ounce st-germain
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce egg white
  • ice
Directions
  1. Add the green tea bag to a cup of hot whiskey and let steep for 20 minutes. Discard the tea bag and return the infused whiskey to its own bottle.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
