Green Chile Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
  • two 4-ounce cans diced green chiles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
Directions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl mix the diced chiles with turkey, cilantro, onion, cumin, chili powder, and salt together, careful not to overmix.
  2. Form into 4 patties. Preheat the grill to medium-high and grill the patties until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
