Ingredients

• 1 part pernod absinthe
• 1 part simple syrup
• 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice
• 4 parts water
• plenty of ice
• slices of cucumber, for garnish

Directions

1. Build the ingredients listed in order; add ice cubes. Garnish with thin slices of cucumber.
