Green Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce
Fresh chimichurri sauce is the perfect flavor enhancer for grilled steaks but also delicious in vegetable dishes and so much more.

Ingredients
- 1 cup packed fresh italian parsley
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves peeled
- 1/2 of a spicy fresh pepper such as serrano roughly chopped
- 1/4 of a red bell pepper roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Directions
- 1. Add all of the ingredients (except the olive oil) to a blender and begin mixing at a medium speed.
- 2. Slowly add the olive oil and blend until smooth.
- 3. For best results, refrigerate overnight in a sealed container.
