Ingredients
  • 1 cup packed fresh italian parsley
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled
  • 1/2 of a spicy fresh pepper such as serrano roughly chopped
  • 1/4 of a red bell pepper roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Directions
  1. 1. Add all of the ingredients (except the olive oil) to a blender and begin mixing at a medium speed.
  2. 2. Slowly add the olive oil and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. For best results, refrigerate overnight in a sealed container.
