Ingredients
4 mashed avocados
1/2 chopped onion
6 chopped jalapeƱo chiles
6 spoonfuls of chopped coriander
juice of 2 lemons
4 teaspoon olive oil
2 chopped tomatoes
toasted tortilla chips
toasted tortilla chips
salt and pepper
Directions
In a bowl, place the pulped avocados and mix it with a fork until a paste is formed. Add the onion, tomatoes, chiles, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour Mexican sauce on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
