Ingredients
- 2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely crushed corn tortilla chips
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoon mccormick® cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon mccormick® onion salt
- 1 teaspoon mccormick® paprika
- 1 cup salsa
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix ground beef, tortilla chips, egg and seasonings in large bowl.
- Shape into a loaf on shallow baking pan.
- Pour salsa over top.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
