  • white wine, preferably riesling
  • sugar, to taste
  • cinnamon sticks
Directions
  1. Heat the wine, but do not bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add sugar and cinnamon sticks and cover; let steep for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.
