This traditional recipe was made by my great-grandfather in Transylvania using his homemade wine and was added to my family's cookbook by my grandpa, John Menyes. It's the perfect cozy winter drink.

Ingredients
- white wine, preferably riesling
- sugar, to taste
- cinnamon sticks
Directions
- Heat the wine, but do not bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add sugar and cinnamon sticks and cover; let steep for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
