Ginger Soy Pork Belly

Ingredients
- 3 pound pork belly
- 2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 jalapeño
- 3 each green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped/grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
Directions
- In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, sear the fat side of the pork belly until golden brown.
- Transfer to a slow cooker with fat side up.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours until tender.
- Remove from cooker and transfer to cutting board.
- Allow to cool slightly then slice.
- The sauce can be blended or just ladled over the sliced pork belly and served.
