This spiritous drink, from Turk Dietrich of New Orleans cocktail den, Cure, is a potent mix of amaro, gin, and Campari.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce zucca amaro
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce campari
  • 5 drops of salt tincture
  • ice
  • lemon peel, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing tin with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain the liquid into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Twist lemon peel over drink and garnish inside the glass.
