Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles
Directions
  1. In a large mug combine all the cake ingredients except sprinkes, and whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the sprinkles.
  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with some whipped cream or ice cream.
