This cocktail is a prelude to spring. The name is due to grapefruit (''the forbidden fruit'') combined with Huckleberry vodka.

Ingredients

2 ounce 44 north huckleberry vodka
.5 ounce elder flower syrup
.5 ounce cynar
2 ounce grapefruit juice
1 ounce club soda

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients, except for the club soda, by pouring over ice into a shaker. Shake vigorously and serve. Top with cup soda.
Garnsih with blue berry and mint sprig.
