- 1 package stonefire original or whole grain pita
- 1 cup homemade or store-bought hummus
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- 2 cup shredded lettuce
- 12 slices ripe tomato
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 12 homemade or store-bougth falafel balls, warmed
- salt and pepper to taste
- Remove the pita from package, warm following directions on back of package.
- Cut the pitas in half and gently split each half to create 8 pockets.
- Fill each pocket with the hummus, falafel balls, sliced red onion, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sliced black olives. Season to taste.
- Serve immediately.
