Extravagant Goat Cheese Caper Scramble Breakfast

Ingredients
2 tablespoon butter
6 eggs
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
50 gram soft goat cheese
capers
2 slices of toast
Directions
In a pan, heat the butter over a medium heat.
When the butter is melted, crack in the eggs. Quickly whisk the eggs until they’re well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.
Leave the eggs on the heat, stirring occasionally.
Cut up the goat cheese into large chunks.
Once the eggs are almost cooked to your preference, add the cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese has completely melted.
Serve on buttered toast, sprinkled with capers.
