- 1½ ounce patron anejo
- 1 ounce patron xo cafe dark
- 1 ounce half and half or milk
- ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg for garnish
- In a shaker half-filled with ice, combine the Patrón Añejo, Patrón XO Café Dark, and half and half. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
