Tavis Chavez over at FIG in Santa Monica, Calif., came up with this delicious bacon cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce bacon-infused gin
- 1 ounce fresh egg whites
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce orange blossom honey syrup
Directions
- Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain cocktail over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a strip of bacon across the glass.
