Ingredients
  • 1 small or medium beet
  • 3 cup coconut water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 large pomegranate or whole small pomegranate
Directions
  1. Juice beet, ginger, and lemon (without peel). Mix with coconut water.
  2. Add in seeds from pomegranate.
  3. Pour into ice pop molds or plastic cups with sticks.
  4. Freeze for minimum of 4 hours and keep up to 6 months. Remove from mold and enjoy!
