Hungarian Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • vegetable oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • paprika, to taste
Directions
  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Peel and dice potatoes.
  4. In a nonstick pan, add enough oil to cover the bottom, about 1 1/2 tablespoons.
  5. Heat over medium heat.
  6. Add onions and saute until lightly browned.
  7. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and paprika.
  8. Continue cooking until potatoes are lightly brown and crispy.
