Dave's Signature Lucky Rice Festival Cocktail

Ingredients
2 1/2 ounce gin sush as bombay sapphire east gin
1 1/2 ounce yellow chartreuse
1 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
18 - 20 mint leaves
pinch of salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in a small blender.
Blend for seven to 10 seconds or until the mint leaves have been completely pulverized and the liquid mixture is a bright green.
Pour mixture into a cocktail shaker.
Pour ice over.
Shake vigorously over one shoulder for 15 seconds.
Pour mixture through a fine strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.
