Dave's Signature Lucky Rice Festival Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 ounce gin sush as bombay sapphire east gin
  • 1 1/2 ounce yellow chartreuse
  • 1 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 18 - 20 mint leaves
  • pinch of salt
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a small blender.
  2. Blend for seven to 10 seconds or until the mint leaves have been completely pulverized and the liquid mixture is a bright green.
  3. Pour mixture into a cocktail shaker.
  4. Pour ice over.
  5. Shake vigorously over one shoulder for 15 seconds.
  6. Pour mixture through a fine strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.
