Cucumber Raita
Cucumber raita is a great side for any Indian meal to help cool down spicy dishes, and also to ensure you have a balanced meal. There are may different ways to make yogurt a bit more exciting and this is just one of them.Recipe courtesy of Hari Ghotra

Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber (more if you want)
- 200 milliliter low-fat yogurt (i also like to use greek yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder
Directions
- Carefully grate the cucumber, leaving the skin on.
- Either using a cloth or just your hands, squeeze any excess liquid from the cucumber.
- Once it is drained, place in a small bowl.
- Add the yogurt and garam masala and stir the cucumber through.
- Sprinkle the chili on top to serve.
