12 ounce maple caramel almond butter, such as naturalmond
15 ounce white chocolate
Directions
Combine the white chocolate and almond butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Place the bowl in your microwave and heat at 30 second intervals, stirring well in between each one, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Spread the mixture into a square pan.
Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for a about four hours until the fudge is hard. Cut the fudge into squares with a sharp knife and keep chilled until ready to serve.
