Crispy Maple Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 pound brussel sprouts, halved and washed
- 2 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 pinch of pink salt, to taste
- 1 pinch of black pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoon stoneground mustard
- 2 tablespoon grade a maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon hot water to thin
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F and arrange your brussel sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Toss evenly with avocado oil and season the brussel sprouts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place seasoned brussel sprouts in oven for 25 minutes.
- Shut off the oven and let the tray sit inside for 15-20 minutes. The Brussels will dehydrate in the oven and get even crispier.
- Combine sauce ingredients and drizzle over prepared brussel sprouts.
- Garnish with radish microgreens and enjoy!
