- 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup your choice of fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, parsley…)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until you achieve your desired smoothness.
