Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup creamy raw almond butter
  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 8 dates, raw and pitted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
Directions
  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, pulse together almond butter, hemp hearts, coconut flakes, dates, and vanilla until a thick dough forms.
  2. Fold in chocolate or cacao nibs.
  3. Using a teaspoon, scoop the dough and roll into 2 bite-sized balls.
  4. Dust with cacao powder.
  5. Store in fridge and enjoy for up to 3 weeks.
