Ingredients
1/2 cup creamy raw almond butter
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
8 dates, raw and pitted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup cacao nibs or chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
Directions
In a food processor or high-speed blender, pulse together almond butter, hemp hearts, coconut flakes, dates, and vanilla until a thick dough forms.
Fold in chocolate or cacao nibs.
Using a teaspoon, scoop the dough and roll into 2 bite-sized balls.
Dust with cacao powder.
Store in fridge and enjoy for up to 3 weeks.
