Coca-Cola® & Potato Chips Cupcakes From Four Rivers Barbecue

Ingredients
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup salted butter
3 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup coca-cola®
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup mini marshmellows
1 2/3 cup broken ridge potato chips
9 whole ridged potato chips
1/4 cup chocolate almond bar
1/2 pound salted butter
4 ounce cream cheese
2 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoon coca-cola®
1 cup coca-cola® (to brush on)
Directions
Sift flour and sugar together and set aside. Melt butter, cocoa powder and Coca-Cola® until it boils.
Pour over sugar mixture and mix until combined.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows.
Scoop into cupcake wrappers and top with 3 tablespoons of broken potato chips for each cupcake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes.
Combine and beat all ingredients until smooth.
Top each cupcake with one chocolate-covered potato chips.
Brush on 1 cup of Coca-Cola® while still warm.
