Ingredients
  • 2 ounce brandy
  • 2 ounce dark rum
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • 2/3 cup half-and-half
  • ground nutmeg
Directions
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add brandy, rum, egg yolk and sugar syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously; strain into a tall glass.
  4. Pour in cold half-and-half; stir.
  5. Garnish with nutmeg.
