Cinnamon Swirl Pumpkin Bread
Nothing says fall quite like fresh-baked goods. With hints of pumpkin spice in the bread mixture and a sweet, creamy cinnamon swirl, this bread is simply irresistible.This recipe is courtesy of Krusteaz.

Ingredients
- 1 package pumpkin bread mix, preferably krusteaz pumpkin spice quick bread mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9-inch loaf pan.
- In medium bowl, blend together pumpkin bread mix, water, oil, and 2 eggs. Set aside.
- Place cream cheese in separate bowl. Whisk cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 egg, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk again to combine. Spoon half of mixture into another small bowl, and add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
- Spoon half of the bread batter into prepared pan. Spoon half of the plain cream cheese mixture and half of the cinnamon cream cheese mixture on top, swirl with a knife. Add remaining bread batter, and layer with remaining cream cheese mixtures.
- Bake 52–55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Cool completely. Cut into slices and serve.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
