Cinnamon Baked Apples

Ingredients
  • 2 medium-sized apples, peeled and cut into large wedges
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
  1. Place apples in a slow-cooker and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours. Serve warm with yogurt and walnuts.
