Chocolate 'Soft Serve'

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen overnight
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla and/or almond extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
Directions
  1. Place bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. With the processor running, add just enough milk to make the mixture smooth; don't over-process, or the friction of the blade will melt it.
  3. Scoop into bowls and add your favorite toppings.
