Chocolate Salted Caramel Popcorn
You know what's better than crunchy, sweet, and salty caramel corn? Chocolate-covered caramel corn. This sweet treat is perfect for a fair-themed party of any ol' day... like National Popcorn Day!This recipe is courtesy of G.H. Cretors.

Ingredients
- 2 cup caramel corn, preferably g.h. cretors just the caramel corn
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- melted caramel (optional)
Directions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring often, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Coat the pieces of caramel corn with the chocolate until well covered.
- Sprinkle popcorn pieces with sea salt.
- Let cool in the fridge for 20 minutes, or until chocolate has set.
- Drizzle with melted caramel (optional).
