- 6 ounce vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 scoop of protein powder, such as chocolate kura
- add a handful of baby spinach for an extra punch of nutrition.
