Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup protein pancake mix, such as about time
  • 1/4 cup plus one eigth cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Line a 6-cup muffin tin and fill halfway with batter.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Enjoy warm or cold. Try topping them with peanut butter or maple syrup!
