Chocolate Chip Cookie Peeps S'mores
Make vanilla-flavored s’mores using everybody’s favorite vanilla crème Peeps.This recipe is courtesy of Peeps and Betty Crocker.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 12 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup crushed graham crackers
- 24 chocolate chip cookies
- 12 peeps, preferably vanilla crème flavored
- 3 bars, or 4.65 ounces milk chocolate, broken into quarters
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cream of tartar. Stir in the chocolate chips. Shape the dough into 24 balls, and roll them in the crushed graham crackers. Drop tablespoon-sized scoops on to a parchment lined baking sheet, making sure the scoops are at least 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until light brown. Let cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet.
- Place 12 cookies, bottom-side up, on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top each one with 1 marshmallow peep. Bake for 2-3 minutes, until the chick is warm and softened. Top with 1/4 of a chocolate bar and another cookie. Let stand for 30 seconds to warm the chocolate before serving.
