A simple and sweet cocktail for Valentine's Day.

Ingredients
  • 3 ounce ridge distillery silvertip gin
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce quince and apple tart cherry grenadine cocktail syrup
  • splash of soda
  • 1 maraschino cherry
Directions
  1. Add together gin, lemon juice, and syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with splash of soda water and garnish with cherry.
