- 1 ounce cherry syrup from a jar of cherries, preferably luxardo
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- soda water
- maraschino cherry, preferably luxardo, to garnish
- Pour the syrup into a low ball cocktail glass. Add the ice cream and top with soda water. Serve with a metal straw, a spoon, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
