These pop-able cheesy crackers are the perfect thing to have on-hand for an easy afternoon snack or if unexpected guests stop by, and our version made with fresh herbs are even more delicious than the cellophane-wrapped, store-bought kind.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup butter, cold (diced in a ¼-inch cubes)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven for 350 degrees F.
- Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the butter is about pea sized, and the dough is a shaggy, sandy texture. Form the dough into a ball. Rest the dough in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Then, roll out the dough to a 1/4 –inch thickness on lightly floured parchment paper. Use a pastry cutter to cut small Cheez-it sized crackers out of the dough. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
