Ingredients
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Steam cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water in a medium covered sauce pot until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove to a bowl and mash with a fork. Top with cheddar cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
