Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce white hall viognier
  • splash of simple syrup
  • ice
  • splash of ginger beer
  • lemon peel (garnish)
Directions
  1. Pour gin and wine into a wine glass, then add splash of simple syrup. Add ice and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon peel.
