Ingredients
1 1/2 ounce gin
1 ounce white hall viognier
splash of simple syrup
ice
splash of ginger beer
lemon peel (garnish)
Directions
Pour gin and wine into a wine glass, then add splash of simple syrup. Add ice and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon peel.
