- 2 ounce bourbon or rye whiskey
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce balsamic vinegar
- 4 large basil leaves
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 2 ounce ginger beer
- In a shaker, muddle the whiskey, simple syrup, balsamic, 2 basil leaves, and 3 chopped cherry tomatoes. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass. Fill glass with fresh ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with remaining basil leaves and cherry tomato.
