This twist on Caipirinha, Brazil’s natural cocktail, uses sugar cane hard liquor, sugar, and limes for a drink that’s as refreshing and summery as it is beautiful. It’s bright yellow hue is just like everyone’s favorite worrisome droid, C-3PO.This recipe is courtesy of Sparkling Ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce cachaça
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 splash of sparkling ice lemon lime
  • candied ginger, for garnish

Directions

  1. In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle sugar and lime.
  2. Add ice and cachaça. Lightly stir.
  3. Add splash of Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime.
  4. Garnish with candied ginger.
