Ingredients
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts, ground
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
sugar, to decorate
whole peanuts, to decorate
Directions
Place the condensed milk, peanuts, sugar, and butter in a saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring often. Once it begins bubbling, turn off the heat.
Grease a plate with butter. Place the mixture on the plate and let it cool for 2 minutes.
Grease your hands with butter. Roll the dough into pingpong-sized balls. Then roll them in sugar to coat.
Garnish each ball with a peanut and place them in paper cups to serve.
