Blue Moon Julep

Ingredients
  • 6 ounce blue moon® belgian white belgian-style wheat ale
  • 1 and 1/2 ounces woodford reserve bourbon
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 4 muddled raspberries
  • mint sprig and fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Directions
  1. Muddle raspberries with bourbon, lime juices and simple syrup in julep glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Give it a short shake and strain into a Collins glass over ice.
  4. Top with Blue Moon® Belgian White and stir gently.
  5. Add mint and raspberry garnish.
