3 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
2 slices white bread, toasted
4 thick slices ripe tomatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
6 slices applewood smoked bacon, cooked
1 slice green leaf lettuce
Directions
In a bowl, fold together the mayonnaise, pepper, and balsamic vinegar, to taste.
Spread some of the mayonnaise on both slices of toast, completely covering the bread. Add a piece of lettuce to 1 slice of toast and layer with the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place the bacon on the tomatoes and top with the second slice of toast.
