Step 2: Generously coat a 10-inch skillet with 1 tablespoon unsalted butter.
Step 3: Process 6 eggs, 1 1/4 cup half-and-half, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons brandy, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon salt until well blended.
Step 4: Add 2/3 cup flour and process until smooth and well blended.
Step 5: Scatter 1 (12oz) bag frozen cherries in the prepared skillet and pour the batter over them.
Step 6: Place on grill over indirect heat and "bake" until puffed and golden, about 40-45 minutes. Lightly dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
